About the role
The Sales Executive will build strong customer relationships by providing detailed product guidance during vehicle sales, while meeting sales volume and customer satisfaction targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain company‑prescribed sales standards and exceed allocated sales targets.
- Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives and ensure high levels of service during sales interactions.
- Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, logging a target number of prospects and ensuring accurate data input.
- Control cash and credit processes in line with company procedures to minimise financial risk.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, stay updated on automotive industry developments and enhance selling techniques.
Required profile
- Degree education preferred; at least one year of retail sales experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer‑first approach.
