Sales Executive - Building Materials

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you will help drive the company's growth by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with architects and constructors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. The position is based in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with architects and constructors to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations, negotiate and close deals, and keep accurate records with regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, attend industry events and network to expand connections.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hardware, sanitary or electrical industry.
• Excellent communication, customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a sales territory; valid driver's licence is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
