Warehouse Outbound Coordinator (UAE National Only)

About the role

Etihad is looking for a Warehouse Outbound Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, open only to UAE nationals. The role plays a key part in making sure goods leave the warehouse safely, accurately and on time, coordinating outbound shipments, customs clearance and documentation so that operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing and staging of outgoing orders according to customer requirements and shipping priorities, driving the outbound process from picking, packing to shipping.
• Work with the logistics team on the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Generate and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and customs/export documents.
• Manage customs clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and keep data updated in PWC.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, check packaging and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise and train third-party personnel so that daily output targets and service level agreements are met.
• Find and fix inventory errors through pick audits and checks before dispatch, and resolve bottlenecks such as order cancellations or delays.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
• Working experience in the SAP WM module of an ERP system.
• UAE licence; a reach truck and forklift operator licence and a light vehicle driver's licence are preferred.
