Sales Executive – Doctor Onboarding (UAE)

About the role

Awriri is launching its Doctor Positioning System across the GCC and seeks a Sales Executive to lead doctor onboarding in the UAE and KSA. You will be the first commercial hire, responsible for building relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals while shaping the future sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct outreach (in‑person, calls, WhatsApp, events) to onboard doctors and clinics onto the Awriri platform.
• Collect structured feedback from early users and communicate insights to the product team.
• Maintain a monthly sales pipeline with clear targets and transparent reporting.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships within the UAE/KSA medical community.
• As the team scales, recruit, train, and activate additional sales representatives.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE and able to start immediately.
• Proven experience working with doctors, clinics, or hospital stakeholders in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Track record of onboarding healthcare professionals onto a SaaS or digital platform.
• Strong sales instincts – confident, persistent, and results‑driven.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
