Sales Executive – ERP & Microsoft Cloud Solutions

About the role

A growing technology company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its team and drive business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software solution sales and the ability to develop new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle. The successful candidate will focus on selling ERP solutions and Microsoft cloud/hosting services, building strong client relationships, maintaining sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE market.
• Promote and sell ERP solutions and Microsoft cloud/hosting services.
• Build, manage, and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
• Present software solutions to potential clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software or solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft cloud/hosting services.
• UAE market experience is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
