Sales Executive – Floorcare Division

About the role

A leading organization is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales Executive for its Floorcare Division, based in Dubai and covering the Northern Emirates. The role drives business growth by developing new sales opportunities, strengthening client relationships and expanding the company's market presence across hospitality, facility management, healthcare and industrial sectors. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales opportunities for floorcare products within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business in hospitality, facility management, healthcare and industrial markets.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records and monitor market developments.
• Develop sales strategies to increase product awareness and market penetration.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, engineering background or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in floorcare products.
• Established client connections in hospitality, facility management, healthcare and industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of floorcare products, cleaning solutions and their commercial applications.
• Knowledge of business development, sales strategy, negotiation, account management and customer relationship management.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, organized and able to work independently.
