Sales Executive – Healthcare

About the role

ScaleVAI is seeking a well‑connected Sales Executive to drive the adoption of its health‑tech portfolio across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will leverage your existing network of clinic owners, lab managers and pharmacy chains to build a territory from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales of EMR, AI Scribe, RCM and related applications in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain healthcare market.
• Prospect, demo, propose, negotiate and close deals with clinic owners, medical directors, practice managers, lab and pharmacy decision‑makers, as well as finance and billing heads.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM, provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth go‑live and client satisfaction.
• Represent ScaleVAI at healthcare events, conferences and industry networks, feeding market insights back to the team.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in UAE healthcare, health‑tech, medical devices, pharma or healthcare IT.
• Strong, active network across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain medical centres, polyclinics, labs and pharmacies.
• Working knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations, Malaffi, insurance claims and major payers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and self‑starter attitude.
