Sales Executive – Inbound Lead Conversion

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive who thrives on speed, structure, and closing deals. You will turn inbound leads into activated, paying merchants by delivering fast follow‑up, strong qualification, and confident remote selling.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, CRM, and digital channels.
• Qualify merchants based on size, needs, and product fit.
• Deliver compelling elevator pitches and product demos through calls and online meetings.
• Close subscription deals remotely with professionalism.
• Identify large or complex opportunities and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, notes, and outcomes.
• Use call recordings and transcripts to continuously improve pitch and objection handling.
• Follow sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs consistently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or inbound sales.
• Strong phone presence and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable selling remotely via calls and video demos.
• Target‑driven mindset with disciplined execution.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
