Sales Executive - International Markets (FMCG)

About the role

A dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive is sought to develop and grow business across international markets. The role covers identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales revenue and expanding the company's global presence. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, dealers, consultants and direct clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance and production teams for order execution.
• Manage export documentation with logistics and shipping teams.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and client meetings when required.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports to management.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.
• Develop strategies to increase market share in target regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in international markets or export sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of global trade practices, Incoterms and export processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
