Sales Executive - Legal Consultancy Leads

About the role

A professional consultancy offering legal advisory and client support services in the UAE is hiring three Sales Executives in Business Bay, Dubai. The role manages incoming enquiries, engages prospective clients and coordinates consultations with the relevant consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through incoming leads, telephone calls and follow-ups.
• Understand client enquiries and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the legal consultant.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve lead conversion.
• Guide clients on the initial documents required and coordinate document collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and lead status.
• Handle client information professionally and keep it confidential.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or lead management.
• Experience in a legal consultancy, immigration typing centre, PRO services company or similar client-service environment is highly preferred.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently, handle multiple enquiries and work towards targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead trackers.
