About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales and achieve targets by collaborating with rooms, food & beverage, and other revenue departments. The role includes managing sales agreements, contracts, and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of sales agreements, contracts and quotations.
- Submit timely sales reports and track booked business.
- Conduct residence inspections for clients as required.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clientele while exploring new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operational departments to meet guest requests and expectations.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries courteously, escalating unresolved issues for follow‑up.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or as an assistant manager in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
