Sales Executive – Lubricants, Batteries & Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to develop and maintain relationships with customers across the lubricants, batteries and automotive spare parts sectors. You will work in a multicultural environment, visiting client premises to achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential partnerships.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial, industrial or other establishments to present samples, catalogs and product information.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, including RFPs, tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and provide sales support.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and secure new or renewal orders.
• Open new customer accounts and complete all required administrative procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry news, competitor activity and product developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of sales experience, preferably in automotive or industrial products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated area.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
