About the role

As a Sales Executive reporting to the VP Sales for the Middle East & Africa, you will drive new‑customer acquisition for Nasdaq AxiomSL’s solutions across the region. The role combines consultative selling with deep engagement in regulatory and capital‑markets environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead new‑logo acquisition by engaging banks, regulators and financial institutions throughout the Middle East.
  • Understand client regulatory reporting, risk and data challenges and position Nasdaq AxiomSL as a mission‑critical solution.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from target identification to contract execution.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in compliance, risk, finance and technology.
  • Collaborate with internal pre‑sales, product, marketing and other teams to craft value propositions and close deals.

Required profile

  • Proven sales professional with full‑cycle experience and a track record of forward‑thinking initiatives.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to drive projects forward.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, regulatory/compliance environments and proficient in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), several years of relevant experience, fluent English and willingness to travel periodically.
