Sales Executive - PropTech SaaS

About the role

A fast-growing Dubai proptech company that built a CRM for real estate agencies is hiring an early Sales Executive. The CRM helps agencies manage leads, listings, sales pipelines, commissions and reporting, with off-plan inventory built into the platform. You will win new agency customers across the UAE and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and agency visits
• Convert inbound and company-provided leads into paying customers
• Run product demos for agency owners and show how the platform improves their operations
• Own the sales cycle through to signed agreement and payment
• Grow existing accounts through additional users, plan upgrades and paid features
• Keep the CRM up to date and forecast weekly
• Feed customer insight back to the product team

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of sourcing and closing your own deals
• Experience selling SaaS, CRM, property portal subscriptions or technology services
• Confidence presenting software and explaining business value to business owners
• Fluent English; UAE real estate agency relationships are an advantage but not required
• Available for client meetings across the UAE

• 10% uncapped commission on the revenue you bring in, paid monthly
