About the role

We are launching a new workplace‑technology venture that delivers employee rewards, recognition and engagement solutions. As a Sales Executive you will join the team at an early stage and help shape commercial growth across the GCC and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rewards & recognition and HR‑tech space.
  • Build relationships with HR leaders and decision‑makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, including demos and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain sales pipelines for the GCC and international markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership on go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting processes.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in rewards & recognition, employee engagement, or HR‑tech.
  • Proven exposure to the GCC market and strong B2B sales communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment and comfortable working from the office.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
