Sales Executive - Signage

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Sales Executive for the signage sector in Sharjah. You will proactively identify, develop and manage new business opportunities across retail, F&B, corporate, fit-out and civil contracting industries, working with clients to understand their branding and signage needs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their branding and signage requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with their design and budget needs.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations and visual presentations to prospective clients.
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, materials and fabrication techniques.
• Coordinate with the design, production and installation teams so project requirements are communicated and delivered on time.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and give regular updates on sales progress and market activity.
• Build long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• In-depth knowledge of signage types, including industrial, retail, wayfinding, illuminated and non-illuminated signage.
• Strong understanding of printing, lighting, fabrication and installation processes.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
