Sales Gallery Assistant

About the role

The Sales Gallery Assistant at Omniyat supports the sales gallery operations by providing administrative and hospitality support that lets sales consultants deliver an exceptional ultra-luxury sales experience to prospective buyers. The role is based in Dubai and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales gallery operations and ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and visitors with luxury hospitality standards.
• Implement gallery presentation standards including models, displays and AV.
• Coordinate hospitality such as refreshments, gifting and customer touchpoints.
• Support sales consultants with administrative and operational tasks.
• Handle visitor registration, KYC documentation and CRM updates.
• Coordinate scheduling of customer visits, viewings and follow-ups.
• Work with marketing on collateral, brochures and gallery materials.
• Implement gallery health and safety standards and showcase show units, materials and bespoke features.
• Keep customer matters confidential and coordinate with maintenance and operations on gallery upkeep.
• Follow standard operating procedures for gallery hospitality and support events, launches and VIP visits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience in a similar position in the GCC region, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality.
