Sales Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Sales Growth Specialist to join Dow Jones in Dubai. The role bridges technical integration expertise with commercial activities, supporting customers and partners across the Middle East throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead complex customer and partner integrations involving Dow Jones Risk & Compliance products, APIs, data feeds and related workflows.
• Provide expert guidance during pre‑sales, solution design, implementation, migration, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live phases.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to customers, partners, Sales, Product, Technology and Support teams, translating requirements into practical integration approaches.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex API, data‑feed, upload, data‑quality and workflow issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional responses to high‑priority customer issues and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and executive‑level discussions.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value, improve retention and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience in technical integration, solution consulting, implementation or related fields.
• Proven track record working directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners in the Risk & Compliance domain.
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.
