Sales & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This role oversees the coordination of sales administration, order processing, import and export logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of products and information between suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, customers and internal departments. It is a permanent position based in the United Arab Emirates, advertised by AW Connect, with a salary of AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Sales administration and order management: manage the order-to-invoice process, coordinate B2B and B2C orders, monitor purchasing forecasts and inventory, and keep sales, purchasing, logistics and finance teams aligned.
• Import and inbound logistics: coordinate international inbound shipments by sea, air and road, liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and warehouses, and prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Export and outbound logistics: coordinate outbound shipments, verify documentation and labelling, arrange collections, manage logistics partners and resolve shipment delays.
• Systems, reporting and process improvement: maintain order, shipment and delivery records in ERP and tracking systems, act as a key user of ERP, CRM and customer platforms, track operational KPIs and costs, and prepare regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Fluency in French is mandatory, with strong English communication skills.
• Relevant experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, import/export operations or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience managing international shipments, freight forwarders and customs documentation.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, import/export procedures and cross-trade operations.
• Experience coordinating B2B and B2C orders and managing order-to-invoice processes.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Experience in an international retail, apparel, consumer goods, distribution or trading environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes and import/export procedures.
