Sales Manager - Arabic & French Spoken

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who is fluent in Arabic and French to lead off‑plan property sales in Dubai. This individual‑contributor role manages the full sales cycle, builds strong client and broker relationships, and drives revenue for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Grid Properties’ sales strategy and achieve personal sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales process for off‑plan residential and commercial developments.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and investor networks.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Convert marketing‑generated leads into successful sales.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with internal teams for seamless handover and post‑sale service.
• Represent Grid Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off‑plan developments.
• Primary speaker of Arabic and English; French or another European language is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• CRM experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
