Sales Manager – Architectural Building Products (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of a leading international manufacturer of specialist architectural building products across Dubai, the Northern Emirates and Oman. You will be the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, contractors, developers and distributors, driving product specifications on high‑profile construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and Oman.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and distributors.
• Drive product specifications and secure inclusion on major construction projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project award.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of key accounts while continuously prospecting for new clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving specification sales.
• Existing network within the UAE construction market.
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with architectural building products is highly advantageous.
