About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its regional sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, driving revenue growth and expanding profitable client portfolios across competitive financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution‑based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute and own annual sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Build, maintain and grow profitable client portfolios.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting via CRM.
• Recruit, train, motivate and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Forex, CFDs or Financial Services sales.
• Strong leadership with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings.
