About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Forex sales and business development activities across India and Pakistan. This remote position will drive growth, manage a high‑performing team, and expand our client network in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales/business development team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and expand client networks within the Forex industry.
- Bring and manage an existing sales team/BDM network, including at least three Business Development Managers.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales results.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Collaborate with senior management to execute sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the Forex industry.
- Proven experience leading a sales or business development team.
- Ability to bring an existing team of at least three BDMs.
- Strong network and client resources within the Forex sector.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- India or Pakistan nationality with experience in the Dubai market is a plus.
