Sales Manager GCC & MENA – Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales development and account management for the GCC and wider MENA markets, driving profitable revenue growth across the Rixos Hotels & All‑Inclusive Collection portfolio. This senior position is responsible for creating and executing market plans, building strategic partnerships and achieving revenue and room‑night targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan with clear account priorities and revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with decision‑makers and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements and group opportunities within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with hotel Sales, Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align proposals with demand and commercial priorities.
• Maintain a reliable sales pipeline, provide forecasts and performance reports to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of hotel sales experience covering GCC and MENA accounts, with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of regional travel trade, corporate, government and MICE segments.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets as required.
