Sales Manager – Government & Proactive MICE (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the Government and Proactive MICE segment for the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, driving revenue across corporate, government and event markets. This role requires strong leadership, market insight and fluency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple properties.
• Manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring productivity and achievement of targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and government accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site inspections to showcase hotel offerings.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote the hotel.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Good level of speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Arabic speaking proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape is a plus.
