Sales Manager – Indirect Channel

About the role

Danube Properties is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow its indirect sales channel through brokers and channel partners across the UAE. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring high‑quality leads, and maintaining compliance throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with real‑estate brokers and channel partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the indirect channel to meet or exceed targets.
• Generate leads through partners, register inquiries efficiently, and follow up to maximise conversion.
• Monitor conversion rates, identify funnel gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee transaction compliance, including contract registration, invoicing and payment collection.
• Handle broker and customer complaints, investigate causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes, sharing insights to refine strategy.
• Recruit, train and coach brokers on new projects, product specifications and pricing.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue, leads, conversion rates and partner performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably managing indirect channels or broker networks.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive network of brokers and channel partners in the Dubai/UAE region.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
