Sales Manager – Indirect Channel (Real Estate)

About the role

Danube Properties is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its indirect sales channel, focusing on brokers and channel partners across the UAE. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing network, driving lead quality, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring compliance and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with real‑estate brokers and channel partners.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the indirect channel to meet or exceed targets.
• Generate and manage leads through partners, ensuring efficient registration and follow‑up.
• Monitor conversion rates, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Oversee transaction compliance, including contract registration, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Handle broker and customer issues, investigate root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, sharing insights to refine strategy.
• Recruit, train, and support brokers on new and existing projects.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as revenue, leads, conversion, and partner performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Significant experience in real‑estate sales, especially through indirect channels or brokers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive network of brokers and channel partners in the Dubai/UAE region.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
