Sales Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to drive business development within the Facility Management sector in the UAE. You will be responsible for prospecting, building strong client relationships, and delivering sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FM market.
• Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales/business development experience in the Facility Management industry in the UAE.
• Strong network of clients in the Dubai market.
• Experience selling Hard FM and/or Soft FM services.
• Expertise in business development, client acquisition, tendering, and contract negotiations.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Outdoor sales experience preferred.
