Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholders.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations and contract finalizations professionally.
• Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in property exhibitions, open houses and networking events to generate leads.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to reach a broader audience.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing and demand.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience with real‑estate developers in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese or German is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Result‑driven with outstanding people skills.
• Experience selling luxury projects is an advantage.
