Sales Manager – Luxury Carpet (B2B) – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to grow our luxurious carpet business across the Middle East, focusing on high‑end hospitality, commercial and residential projects. The role is hybrid, based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and involves both account management and new‑business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences, delivering regular market intelligence to management.
• Conduct market research to identify target customers, assess market potential and support growth initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers and distributors.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, production, logistics and management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business development plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within luxury carpet, commercial flooring or interior solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness, market expertise and product knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to support customers in informed purchasing decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
