Sales Manager - Luxury

About the role

The Luxury Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, driving revenue growth and achieving defined targets. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong client relationship skills and a deep understanding of the UAE luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries, negotiations and contract finalisation professionally.
• Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, open houses and networking events to generate leads.
• Utilise digital marketing tools and social media platforms to broaden reach.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, demand and industry trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of sales experience with real‑estate developers in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese or German are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, networking and autonomous working abilities.
