Sales Manager – Luxury & Off‑Plan Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our luxury and off‑plan real estate sales team in Dubai. You will work with high‑profile branded residences and expanding projects across key communities, driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of luxury and off‑plan properties, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, providing expert investment advice.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align on business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of off‑plan real estate sales experience or 2 years in a developer sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially luxury and off‑plan segments.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Energetic, assertive, and confident in client‑facing environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi, or native English (preferred).
