Sales Manager – New Energy Vehicles (NEV)

About the role

Geely UAE is seeking an experienced Emirati Sales Manager to lead the New Energy Vehicles (NEV) sales team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and expanding market share for GEELY NEV in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the automotive sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that maximise volume, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, leads and customer follow‑ups to ensure high performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide market insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes and brand standards.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of automotive sales experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in NEV/EV or automotive retail sales is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
