Sales Manager – Overseas Energy Storage

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the expansion of CATL’s overseas energy storage business, driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships worldwide. This position is responsible for managing the full commercial cycle, from contract negotiation to order fulfilment, ensuring the company meets its annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the overseas energy storage business, achieving sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and pricing during project bidding processes.
• Prepare and break down product quotations, coordinating with project teams and cross‑functional departments.
• Follow up quotations and orders for customer sample requirements to secure sales.
• Maintain daily liaison with overseas customers, conduct visits, and manage relationship maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; international trade or scientific background preferred.
• Experience in new energy vehicle or energy storage industries is advantageous.
• Strong communication, business etiquette, and leadership abilities.
• Competitive spirit, pioneering mindset, and high achievement motivation.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including business trips abroad.
• Overseas work experience or sales experience in vehicle parts or energy storage preferred.
