Senior Sales Executive – Logistics

About the role

ALLEN Freight is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in Dubai. The role focuses on developing client relationships, promoting logistics solutions, generating new opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote logistics services and recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Research the market to identify prospective clients and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer service and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client interactions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of logistics services and the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE logistics sales experience and a valid UAE Driving License are preferred.
