Sales Manager – Private Label Ready‑to‑Eat Popcorn (GCC)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Private Label Ready‑to‑Eat Popcorn will lead the expansion of M.R.S. Packaging’s private‑label portfolio across the UAE and the wider GCC. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure, product launch and key‑account management.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a private‑label sales plan for RTE popcorn in UAE and GCC markets.
  • Identify and secure business with retailers, cinemas, entertainment venues, HoReCa distributors and QSR chains.
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and volume commitments.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, supply chain and finance to ensure on‑time product launches.
  • Manage end‑to‑end private‑label projects including briefs, specifications, packaging, artwork approvals and first orders.
  • Grow existing accounts by introducing new SKUs, flavours and formats and cross‑sell into other snack categories.
  • Track performance, pipeline and market activity and report regularly to management.

Required profile

  • 5–8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in private‑label, contract manufacturing or key‑account management in food & beverage.
  • Proven track record selling to modern trade and/or major HoReCa distributors in the UAE or GCC.
  • Existing relationships with retail buyers or food‑service procurement teams is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
