Sales Manager – Traditional Trade (TT)

About the role

We are looking for a highly accomplished, strategic, and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Traditional Trade (TT) business across the UAE. The role focuses on driving growth, increasing market share, and delivering profitable sales performance in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TT sales strategies, route‑to‑market plans, and distribution expansion initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Manage key relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and major TT customers.
• Oversee pricing, trade promotions, negotiations, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of UAE FMCG Traditional Trade experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE TT market (groceries, baqalas, wholesalers, distributors, independent retail).
• Strong network with key TT customers and distributors across the UAE.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
