About the role

Join Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah as a Sales & Marketing Associate, supporting brand awareness and revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a liaison between potential owners and the Marriott Vacation Club, guiding them through preview package tours and sales presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Marriott’s brand internally and externally using effective sales techniques.
• Contact potential owners by phone to schedule preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Verify eligibility requirements for tours and manage the booking process.
• Provide complimentary gifts or rewards to guests as appropriate.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluation, and coaching of staff.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing).
