Sales Officer – Visa & Tourism Services

About the role

We are expanding our sales team in Dubai and need five energetic Sales Officers to represent our visa, tourism, and corporate consultancy services. You will be the front‑line contact for clients, turning inquiries into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in, phone and online client inquiries on visa processing, travel packages and company formation.
• Proactively source new corporate and retail clients, pitch document‑clearing and business‑setup services, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Leverage existing market networks to build relationships with corporate entities and individual customers.
• Guide clients through end‑to‑end documentation requirements and coordinate with back‑office teams.
• Maintain accurate client pipeline records and provide after‑sales support to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Filipino or Indian nationality, well‑groomed with strong professional presence.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in document clearing, travel & tourism, business setup or immigration services.
• Excellent command of English and strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Good knowledge of visa regulations, documentation workflows and local business‑setup procedures.
