Sales Operations Specialist – FX Services

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking a highly organised Sales Operations Specialist to support its Business Development and Trading teams across the UAE, UK and Europe. Based in Business Bay, Dubai, you will act as the operational hub for deal booking, client onboarding and payment processing, ensuring a smooth, client‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers, Executives and Traders.
• Manage deal booking, client onboarding (both direct and online), KYC documentation and payment verification.
• Communicate with clients to guide onboarding, resolve documentation gaps and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and support sales meetings and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate client, deal and operational data across CRM and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments handling competing priorities.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
