About the role

Deow International is looking for a motivated Sales Person to drive logistics and freight business in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, building client relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads within the logistics and freight sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s logistics, freight forwarding and shipping services.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate logistics solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, sales‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or transportation is an advantage.
• Ability to develop new client relationships and generate business.
• Good understanding of the UAE market preferred.
• Independent work style with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
