Sales Personnel - Luxury Retail & F&B

About the role

MIYO is looking for polished, customer-focused Sales Personnel to join its team in a premium retail and food and beverage environment in Dubai. Successful candidates will manage customer orders, handle personalized requests and represent the brand through professional service, attention to detail and strong product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, cash transactions and digital payments accurately.
• Provide personalized customer service and coordinate bespoke packaging requests.
• Liaise with kitchen and culinary teams to accommodate special orders and customer preferences.
• Assist customers with product selection and give knowledgeable recommendations.
• Build positive customer relationships and keep the sales area clean, organized and welcoming.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium food and beverage, upscale sales or high-end hospitality.
• Diploma, certificate or bachelor's degree in Sales, Hospitality, Business or a related field (not confirmed in the original ad).
• Fluent English; Russian or French is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, confident and able to represent a premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury retail sales, order processing and payment handling; interest in luxury confectionery is an additional plus.
