Sales & Purchase Agreement Senior Manager, Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Manager for its Sale and Purchase Agreement practice within Deals Transaction Services in Dubai. The team helps organisations realise the value of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets by providing expert pricing and negotiation support at every stage of a transaction, from pre-deal work through to post-completion.

Key responsibilities

• Help the team with financial due diligence, pricing negotiations and accounting, financial benchmarking and working capital assessment.
• Work as part of a team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Contribute technical knowledge in your area of specialism.
• Navigate cross-border and diverse teams and engagements, and build trust with teams, clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Management level Senior Manager position.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Open to work visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Business valuations, deal structures and contractual risk mitigation.
• Due diligence research and compliance with accounting standards.
• Data analysis, budget analysis and cash flow analysis.
• Draft preparation and communication.
