Sales Representative – Middle East

About the role

DriveWealth is seeking a strategic Sales Representative for the Middle East to accelerate its expansion and commercial success in the region. Based in Dubai, you will own the full business development lifecycle, engage C‑level executives at global banks, digital wallets and brokerage firms, and negotiate complex multi‑year agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business development for Tier‑1 global institutions, focusing on high‑value partners.
• Serve as a credible consultant to C‑level executives, aligning DriveWealth’s infrastructure with their commercial goals.
• Lead negotiation of complex, multi‑year commercial agreements.
• Gather market intelligence and execute go‑to‑market strategies to establish a dominant local presence.
• Act as the internal voice of enterprise partners, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Legal teams.
• Represent DriveWealth at executive‑level industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Banking or Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of brokerage services and investment products.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and cross‑functionally.
• Willingness to travel internationally within the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for C‑level engagement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoover and LinkedIn.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Data‑driven mindset for research and decision‑making.
• Series 7 certification (preferred).
