About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join Deliveroo’s fast‑growing food‑delivery business. In this role you will lead a group of sales representatives, drive performance against targets and help shape the sales strategy across the market.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices and address challenges.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with line management to develop and execute sales strategies, set clear targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee pipeline management, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and supporting the team in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Track, analyse and report on team performance metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

  • BSc/BA in Business or related field (preferred).
  • 4‑5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
  • Proven track record in a sales leadership role within food delivery, hospitality or a similar sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the UAE F&B market is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software and related sales tools.
