Sales Team Lead

About the role

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Team Lead will manage a team of Business Development Managers in the Dubai office, covering territories across the Middle East. The role focuses on driving new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train a high‑performing sales team.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and adjust targets as needed.
• Assess and improve team processes and procedures.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record against sales targets, especially high‑volume subscription sales.
• Bachelor’s degree and solid experience in direct sales management.
