Sales Trainee – Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson)

About the role

As a Sales Executive Trainee for motorcycles, you will join the sales team at Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) in Abu Dhabi. Working on site, you will support the promotion and sale of Harley-Davidson motorcycles while gaining experience in customer engagement, product knowledge and showroom operations. The role suits fresh graduates or candidates with minimal sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sale of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Help maintain and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Contribute to Harley-Davidson product promotions and dealership events.
• Assist with accurate sales administration and documentation.
• Learn and demonstrate strong Harley-Davidson product knowledge and uphold brand standards.
• Help organise and run customer test rides and showroom interactions.

Required profile

• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles, with a focus on the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Graduation or equivalent education; suitable for fresh graduates or those with minimal sales experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Team player who respects colleagues and follows attendance and company policies.
• Eagerness to develop sales and customer service abilities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM systems and dealership management tools.
• Nice to have: prior customer service or retail sales experience, exposure to motorcycle or automotive sales, basic understanding of sales administration, and familiarity with CRM or dealership management systems.
