Sales Training Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Training Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that boost the productivity of real‑estate agents and sharpen the sales skills of our existing team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured onboarding/induction programme for new sales agents covering product knowledge, CRM, company processes and RERA compliance basics.
• Build and run ongoing sales‑skills training covering prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, closing and client relationship management.
• Develop training content on active project portfolios, payment plans, developer profiles and unique selling points in coordination with the sales and management teams.
• Conduct role‑plays, call shadowing and live coaching sessions; provide one‑to‑one coaching for under‑performing or new agents.
• Track training effectiveness against sales KPIs such as conversion rate, time‑to‑first‑deal and ramp‑up time.
• Partner with management to identify skill gaps using performance data and agent feedback.
• Keep training materials up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor positioning and regulatory changes.
• Occasionally run soft‑skills and culture sessions on communication, professionalism and client‑service standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales with a proven high‑performance track record, or 3+ years as a sales trainer in a brokerage/real‑estate environment.
• Strong presentation and coaching abilities; comfortable delivering live sessions and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Deep familiarity with Dubai off‑plan market dynamics and RERA regulations.
• Ability to translate top‑performer behaviour into repeatable, teachable frameworks.
