Salesforce Agentforce Engineer – AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. The role is client‑facing and focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI‑powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and launch Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value AI and automation use cases.
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate and move AI solutions into production.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, enterprise platforms, APIs and external systems.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce components using Apex, Flow, APIs and integration technologies.
• Ensure security, governance, scalability and responsible AI adoption across solutions.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Support adoption and continuously improve agents based on feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce engineering and development background (minimum 5 years).
• Commercial experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI‑driven automation.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in solution consulting and translating operational challenges into technical designs.
