Salesforce Consultant – Service Cloud

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project based onsite in Abu Dhabi. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance case‑management and customer‑service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Build and enhance case‑management, escalation, and approval workflows.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Service Console, Omni‑Channel routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge.
• Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with customer‑servicing or case‑management solutions.
• Banking or financial services background is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
